MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, RIBARSTVA I RURALNOG RAZVOJA 3672 Na temelju članka 35. stavka 9. i 36. stavka 2. Zakona o veterinarstvu (»Narodne novine«, broj 41/07) te članka 4. stavka 3. Zakona o stočarstvu (»Narodne novine«, broj 70/97, 36/98, 151/03 i 132/06), ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O PROVOĐENJU OBVEZNOG OZNAČAVANJA I REGISTRACIJE OVACA I KOZA Članak l. U Pravilniku o provođenju obveznog označavanja i registracije ovaca i koza (»Narodne novine«, broj 111/07) u članku 36. stavku 1. datum: »30. listopada 2008.« zamjenjuje se datumom: »30. lipnja 2009.«. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/08-01/31 Urbroj: 525-01-08-1 Zagreb, 31. listopada 2008. Ministar mr. sc. Božidar Pankretić, v. r.
