MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, RIBARSTVA I RURALNOG RAZVOJA 4196 Na temelju članka 35. stavka 9. Zakona o veterinarstvu (»Narodne novine«, broj 41/07) te članka 4. stavka 3. Zakona o stočarstvu (»Narodne novine«, broj 70/97, 36/98, 151/03 i 132/06), ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O OBVEZNOM OZNAČAVANJU I REGISTRACIJI OVACA I KOZA Članak l. U Pravilniku o obveznom označavanju i registraciji ovaca i koza (»Narodne novine«, broj 111/07 i 135/08) u članku 19. stavku 2. datum: »1. siječnja 2009.« zamjenjuje se datumom: »1. siječnja 2010.«. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/08-01/54 Urbroj: 525-06-08-1 Zagreb, 22. prosinca 2008. Ministar mr. sc. Božidar Pankretić, v. r.
