MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, ŠUMARSTVA I VODNOGA GOSPODARSTVA 3803 Na temelju članka 49. stavka 3. Zakona o državnoj potpori u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i šumarstvu (»Narodne novine« br. 87/02, 117/03 i 82/04., 85/06. i 141/06.) ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodnoga gospodstva donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O PROVEDBI MODELA POTPORE DOHOTKU Članak 1. U Pravilnik o provedbi modela potpore dohotku (»Narodne novine« broj 2./2007) u članku 11. stavak 2. mijenja se i glasi: »(2) Potpora dohotku II. skupine isplaćuje se jednokratno za tekuću godinu najkasnije do 28. veljače iduće godine.« Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/07-01/139 Urbroj: 525-1-07-1 Zagreb, 18. prosinca 2007. Ministar Petar Čobanković, v. r.
