MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, ŠUMARSTVA I VODNOGA GOSPODARSTVA 476 Na temelju članka 45. stavka 2., članka 46. stavka 2., članka 47. stavka 5. i članka 64. stavka 7. Zakona o hrani (»Narodne novine« broj 117/03, 130/03, 48/04, 85/06) uz suglasnost ravnatelja Hrvatske akreditacijske agencije, ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodnoga gospodarstva donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O OZNAKAMA IZVORNOSTI I OZNAKAMA ZEMLJOPISNOG PODRIJETLA HRANE Članak 1. U Pravilniku o oznakama izvornosti i oznakama zemljopisnog podrijetla hrane (»Narodne novine« broj 80/05) u članku 29. stavak 2. briše se. Članak 2. Ovaj pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/07-01/19 Urbroj: 525-1-07-1 Zagreb, 23. siječnja 2007.
