MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 824 Na temelju članka 59. stavka 2. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (»Narodne novine«, broj 81/2013, 14/2014 i 152/2014), ministar poljoprivrede donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENAMA PRAVILNIKA O UVJETIMA, KRITERIJIMA I NAČINU DODJELE POTPORE U OKVIRU MJERE IV.3. »STAVLJANJE NA TRŽIŠTE PROIZVODA RIBARSTVA I AKVAKULTURE« Članak 1. U Pravilniku o uvjetima kriterijima i načinu dodjele potpore u okviru mjere IV.3. »Stavljanje na tržište proizvoda ribarstva i akvakulture« (»Narodne novine«, broj 107/2015, 129/2015, 12/2016 i 24/2016), u članku 5. stavku 5. iza riječi: »isplatu« umjesto zareza stavlja se točka i brišu se riječi: »ali ne kasnije od 31. listopada 2016. godine«. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu prvoga dana od dana objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 324-01/15-01/2414 Urbroj: 525-13/1081-16-11 Zagreb, 24. ožujka 2016. Ministar prof. dr. sc.
