MINISTARSTVO MORA, PROMETA I INFRASTRUKTURE 1234 Na temelju članka 44. stavak 1. Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama (»Narodne novine« br. 158/03, 100/04, 141/06, 38/09) ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture donosi NAREDBU O IZMJENAMA I DOPUNAMA NAREDBE O RAZVRSTAJU LUKA OTVORENIH ZA JAVNI PROMET NA PODRUČJU ŽUPANIJE ZADARSKE I. U Naredbi o razvrstaju luka otvorenih za javni promet na području Zadarske županije (NN br., 156/04, 161/04, 35/08) u točki I, podtočki 3, redni broj 64 luka Zadar/Vitrenjak se briše. II. Ova Naredba stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 342-01/08-01/118 Urbroj: 530-04-09-1 Zagreb, 16. travnja 2009. Ministar Božidar Kalmeta, v. r.
