MINISTARSTVO MORA, PROMETA I INFRASTRUKTURE 1218 Na temelju članka 44. stavak 1. Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama (»Narodne novine« 158/03, 100/04, 141/06), ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture donosi NAREDBU O IZMJENAMA I DOPUNAMA NAREDBE O RAZVRSTAJU LUKA OTVORENIH ZA JAVNI PROMET NA PODRUČJU ŽUPANIJE ZADARSKE I. U točki I. Naredbe o razvrstaju luka otvorenih za javni promet na području Županije zadarske (»Narodne novine« 156/04, 161/04) u podtočki 3. dodaje se: 61) luka Zadar/Foša 62) luka Zadar/Draženica 63) luka Zadar/Maestral 64) luka Zadar/Vitrenjak 65) luka Zadar/Jazine 66) luka Zadar/Bregdetti 67) luka Zadar/Diklo. II. Ova naredba stupa na snagu danom objave »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 342-01/08-01/118 Urbroj: 530-04-08-3 Zagreb, 20. ožujka 2008. Ministar Božidar Kalmeta, dipl. ing., v. r.
