VLADA REPUBLIKE HRVATSKE 2580 Na temelju članka 119. stavka 1. točaka 2a) i 2b) Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama (»Narodne novine«, br. 158/2003,100/2004 i 141/2006), Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 2. kolovoza 2007. godine donijela UREDBU O IZMJENI UREDBE O RAZVRSTAJU LUKA OTVORENIH ZA JAVNI PROMET I LUKA POSEBNE NAMJENE Članak 1. U Uredbi o razvrstaju luka otvorenih za javni promet i luka posebne namjene (»Narodne novine«, broj 110/2004), u članku 2. točka 2. briše se. Članak 2. Ova Uredba stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 342-21/07-01/01 Urbroj: 5030116-07-1 Zagreb, 2. kolovoza 2007. Predsjednik dr. sc. Ivo Sanader, v. r.
