MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, RIBARSTVA I RURALNOG RAZVOJA 3666 Na temelju članka 6. stavka 3. Zakona o posebnim uvjetima za stavljanje brašna na tržište (»Narodne novine« br. 48/04, 130/04, 140/05, 143/05 i 83/09) ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O KOLIČINI BRAŠNA UTROŠENOG ZA PROIZVODNJU POJEDINIH PEKARSKIH PROIZVODA Članak 1. U Pravilniku o količini brašna utrošenog za proizvodnju pojedinih pekarskih proizvoda (»Narodne novine« br. 146/05, 133/07, 4/08 i 2/09) članak 8a. mijenja se i glasi: »Elektronsko vođenje Knjige evidencije utroška brašna (KEUB-a) odgađa se do 31. 12. 2012. godine«. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/09-01/305 Urbroj: 525-02-3-0027/09-1 Zagreb, 3. prosinca 2009. Ministar Petar Čobanković, v. r.
