MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, RIBARSTVA I RURALNOG RAZVOJA 45 Na temelju članka 6. stavka 3. Zakona o posebnim uvjetima za stavljanje brašna na tržište (»Narodne novine« br. 48/04, 130/04, 140/05 i 143/05) ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O KOLIČINI BRAŠNA UTROŠENOG ZA PROIZVODNJU POJEDINIH PEKARSKIH PROIZVODA Članak 1. U Pravilniku o količini brašna utrošenog za proizvodnju pojedinih pekarskih proizvoda (»Narodne novine« br. 146/05, 133/07 i 4/08) članak 8a. mijenja se i glasi: »Knjiga (KEUB) može se voditi u elektroničkom obliku od 1. siječnja 2010. godine«. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa:011-02/08-01/59 Urbroj:525-02-08-1 Zagreb, 29. prosinca 2008. Ministar mr. sc. Božidar Pankretić, v. r.
