MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 2987 Na temelju članka 26. stavka 2. Zakona o uređenju tržišta poljoprivrednih proizvoda (»Narodne novine« br. 149/09, 22/11 i 120/12), ministar poljoprivrede, uz suglasnost ministra nadležnog za financije, donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O RASPODJELI CARINSKIH KVOTA ZA POLJOPRIVREDNE I PREHRAMBENE PROIZVODE Članak 1. U Pravilniku o raspodjeli carinskih kvota za poljoprivredne i prehrambene proizvode (»Narodne novine« br. 121/10, 145/11) Prilog 4. mijenja se i glasi: PRILOG 4. – popis proizvoda iz članka 9. Pravilnika Tarifni broj Naziv Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/12-01/161 Urbroj: 525-08/0226-12-12 Zagreb, 7. prosinca 2012.
