DRŽAVNA UPRAVA ZA VODE Nakon izvršene usporedbe s izvornim tekstom utvrðena je pogreška u Pravilniku o posebnim uvjetima koje moraju ispunjavati pravne osobe koje obavljaju djelatnost odvodnje otpadnih voda, objavljenom u "Narodnim novinama" broj 93/96 od 6. studenog 1996. godine te se daje ISPRAVAK PRAVILNIKA O POSEBNIM UVJETIMA KOJE MORAJU ISPUNJAVATI PRAVNE OSOBE KOJE OBAVLJAJU DJELATNOST ODVODNJE OTPADNIH VODA U èlanku 4. stavku 1. toèci 3. umjesto rijeèi: "na 1 km mreže" trebaju stajati rijeèi "na 10 km mreže" i umjesto rijeèi "38.0000 m3/dan" trebaju stajati rijeèi: "38.000 m3/dan".
