MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE I ŠUMARSTVA Na temelju èlanka 7. stavka 4. èlanka 26., èlanka 37. stavka 3. i èlanka 40. stavka 1. toèke 1., 2. i 5. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu ("Narodne novine", br. 74/94) i èlanka 12. Zakona o ustrojstvu i djelokrugu ministarstava i drugih upravnih organizacija ("Narodne novine", br. 72/94) ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O REKREACIJSKO-ŠPORTSKOM RIBOLOVU NA MORU Èlanak 1. U èlanku 10. Pravilnika o rekreacijsko-športskom ribolovu na moru ("Narodne novine", br. 29/95) zadnja alineja mijenja se i glasi: "- 1.000,00 kuna za tekuæu kalendarsku godinu." Èlanak 2. Ovaj pravilnik stupa na snagu osmi dan od dana objave u "Narodnim novinama". Klasa: 324-01/95-01731 Urbroj: 515-02-95-06 Zagreb, 27. prosinca 1995. Ministar Matej Jankoviæ, v. r.
