MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, ŠUMARSTVA I VODNOGA GOSPODARSTVA 1888 Na temelju članka 48. stavka 3. točke 1., 2. i 3. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (»Narodne novine«, br. 74/94, 57/96, 46/97 – pročišćeni tekst i 48/05), ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodnoga gospodarstva donosi NAREDBU O IZMJENAMA I DOPUNAMA NAREDBE O ZAŠTITI RIBA I DRUGIH MORSKIH ORGANIZAMA I. U Naredbi o zaštiti riba i drugih morskih organizama (»Narodne novine«, br. 101/02) u glavi III. točki 1. riječi: »Tunj (Thunnus thynnus) 70 cm (6,4 kg)« zamjenjuju se riječima: »Tuna (Thunnus thynnus) 75 cm ili 10 kg« U točki 3. iza naslova točke dodaju se riječi: »Dagnja (Mytilus galloprovincialis) 6 cm Kamenica (Ostrea edulis) 7 cm« II. Ova Naredba stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 324-01/05-01/133 Urbroj: 525-8-05-1 Zagreb, 27. lipnja 2005. Ministar Petar Čobanković, v. r.
