MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 2568 Na temelju članka 11. stavka 1. točke 25. Zakona o veterinarstvu (»Narodne novine«, br. 41/07 i 55/11) ministar poljoprivrede donosi NAREDBU O IZMJENI NAREDBE O ZABRANI UVOZA U REPUBLIKU HRVATSKU PROIZVODA ŽIVOTINJSKOG PODRIJETLA IZ KINE Članak 1. U Naredbi o zabrani uvoza u Republiku Hrvatsku proizvoda životinjskog podrijetla iz Kine (»Narodne novine«, br. 107/12), u točki III. alineji 8. riječi » – meso peradi« zamjenjuju se riječima »– proizvodi od mesa peradi«. Članak 2. Ova Naredba stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/12-01/170 Urbroj: 525-10/0488-12-1 Zagreb, 15. listopada 2012. Ministar Tihomir Jakovina, v. r.
