NN 123/2016, Pravilnik o izmjeni Pravilnika o obavljanju gospodarskog ribolova na moru okružujućom mrežom plivaricom – srdelarom MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 2721 Na temelju članka 9. stavka 1. točke 1. i 2. i članka 23. stavka 6. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (»Narodne novine« br. 81/13, 14/14 i 152/14) ministar poljoprivrede donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O OBAVLJANJU GOSPODARSKOG RIBOLOVA NA MORU OKRUŽUJUĆOM MREŽOM PLIVARICOM – SRDELAROM Članak 1. U Pravilniku o obavljanju gospodarskog ribolova na moru okružujućom mrežom plivaricom – srdelarom (»Narodne novine« br.: 101/14, 125/14, 140/14, 147/14, 2/15, 37/15, 44/15, 134/15, 94/16 i 31/16) u članku 10. stavak 2. se briše. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu prvoga dana nakon dana objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/14-01/46 Urbroj: 525-13/1282-16-23 Zagreb, 19. prosinca 2016.
