MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, RIBARSTVA I RURALNOG RAZVOJA 3061 Na temelju članka 47. stavka 3. i članka 49. Zakona o slatkovodnom ribarstvu (»Narodne novine«, br. 106/01, 7/03, 174/04, 10/05 – ispravak i 49/05 – pročišćeni tekst) ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O AKVAKULTURI Članak 1. U Pravilniku o akvakulturi (»Narodne novine«, br. 82/05, 59/09, 156/09, 53/10 i 3/11) članak 7b. briše se. Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/09-01/331 Urbroj: 525-08-1-0514/11-7 Zagreb, 5. prosinca 2011. Potpredsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske i ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja Petar Čobanković, v. r.
