MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 1258 Nakon usporedbe s izvornim tekstom utvrđene su pogreške u Pravilniku o određivanju područja s prirodnim ili ostalim posebnim ograničenjima koji je objavljen u »Narodnim novinama« broj 34 od 25. ožujka 2015. godine te se daje ISPRAVAK PRAVILNIKA O ODREĐIVANJU PODRUČJA S PRIRODNIM ILI OSTALIM POSEBNIM OGRANIČENJIMA U Pravilniku o određivanju područja s prirodnim ili ostalim posebnim ograničenjima (»Narodne novine« broj 34/2015) potrebno je: U DODATKU 2. Na popis JLS koje su razvrstane u ZPO (Područja sa značajnim prirodnim ograničenjima) dodaje se: MB OPĆINE/GRADA 04324, NAZIV OPĆINE/GRADA SVETA NEDJELJA, ŽUPANIJA Istarska, OGRANIČENJE ZPO. U DODATKU 3. Sa popisa JLS koje su razvrstane u PPO (Područja s posebnim ograničenjima), briše se: MB OPĆINE/GRADA 04324, NAZIV OPĆINE/GRADA SVETA NEDJELJA, ŽUPANIJA Istarska, OGRANIČENJE PPO. Klasa: 011-01/15-01/12 Urbroj: 525-08/0454-15-10 Zagreb, 2. lipnja 2015. Ministar Tihomir Jakovina, v. r.
