MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE I ŠUMARSTVA 2346 Na temelju članka 13a. Zakona o stočarstvu (»Narodne novine« br. 70/97. i 36/98.) ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva, donosi ODLUKU O IZMJENI ODLUKE O ZABRANI KLANJA PODMLATKA POJEDINIH VRSTA STOKE I. U Odluci o zabrani klanja podmlatka pojedinih vrsta stoke (»Narodne novine« br. 44/98) u točki I. briše se podtočka 2. II. Ova Odluka stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-02/00-01/155 Urbroj: 525-01-00-01 Zagreb, 6. prosinca 2000. Ministar mr. sc. Božidar Pankretić, v. r.
