THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, PHYSICAL PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION Pursuant to Article 104, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Waste Act (Official Gazette 178/04 and 111/06), the Minister of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, hereby issues the ORDINANCE ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDINANCE ON WASTE MANAGEMENT Article 1 In the Ordinance on waste management (OG 23/07), Article 8 paragraph 1 indent 1 is amended to read: – as a rule, it must be closed and covered. Indent 2 is amended to read: – it must be built from firm material, enclosed and secured against inflow of precipitation waters. Article 2 In Article 18 paragraph 3 after the word “tonne” the words “or in the case of end-of-life vehicles, electric and electronic waste, waste batteries, accumulators and waste condensers from which it is not possible to take an average sample for the purpose of analysing the physical and chemical properties of waste”. Article 3 This Ordinance shall enter into force on the eighth day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette. Class: 351-01/06-04/9 Reg.
