Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on the Management of End-of-Life Vehicles

THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, PHYSICAL PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION 685 Pursuant to Article 104 paragraph 1 item 3 indent 3 of the Waste Act (Official Gazette 178/04, 111/06 and 60/08), the Minister of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction hereby issues the ORDINANCE ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDINANCE ON THE MANAGEMENT OF END-OF LIFE VEHICLES Article 1 In the Ordinance on the management of end-of-life vehicles (Official Gazette 136/06), in Article 4 item 11, after the words: “disposal of” the word: “their” is added, and after the word: “materials”, the words: “referred to in Article 17 indent 1 of this Ordinance” are deleted. Article 2 In Article 25, after the words: “components of vehicles”, the words: “set out in Article 17 indent 1 of this Ordinance” are deleted. Article 3 (1) In Article 27 paragraph 1, after the words: “components of vehicles”, the words: “set out in Article 17 indent 1 of this Ordinance” are deleted. (2) In paragraph 2, after the words: “components of vehicles”, the words: “set out in Article 17 indent 1 of this Ordinance” are deleted. (3) Paragraph 3 is amended to read: “Compensation to the treatment operator referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be 0.75 HRK/kg.” Article 4 In Article 28 paragraph 1, the words: “0.30 HRK/kg” are replaced by the words: “0.70 HRK/kg”. Article 5 The CR form referred to in Article 35 of the Ordinance is replaced by the CR form which is printed along with this Ordinance and constitutes an integral part thereof. Article 6 The provisions of Article 3 paragraph 3 and Article 4 of this Ordinance shall apply for the year 2009.
