Nakon izvršenog uspoređivanja s izvornim tekstom utvrđena je pogreška u Zakonu o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o slatkovodnom ribarstvu objavljenom u »Narodnim novinama« broj 174 od 10. prosinca 2004., te se daje ISPRAVAK O IZMJENAMA I DOPUNAMA ZAKONA O SLATKOVODNOM RIBARSTVU U članku 41. stavku 3. umjesto riječi: »stavka 2.« trebaju stajati riječi: »stavka 1. i 2.«.
