PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS AND BIRDS) (DISEASE) DECLARATION CHAPTER 139M Empowering section VerDate:30/07/1999 (Cap 139, section 2(1)(definition of "disease")) [30 July 1999] (L.N. 209 of 1999) SECT 1 Declaration of disease VerDate:30/07/1999 The Nipah virus infection and the Hendra virus infection are declared as included in the term disease for the purposes of the Ordinance or any regulation made thereunder.
