<!-- page 1 --> 供气供电问题的识解备未朱 受中央政府委证，国家必展改早委副主任、国家能源局局 长张国喜与香港特别行政区行政长官曾蕴权殉器港供所供电 有关问题进行了合谈。 双方寻成如下共城 : 一、香港的索荣入定符合祖国的根本利益， 中央政府将继 舌广持内地和与香港特区的能产合作，催保长期稳定供应香港核 志、天然气， 增加使用清江能源， 保持香港的长期老荣稳定。 _、中央和与香港特区政府广持中国尾东核电公司在诛有协 访基人克上， 续签 20 年供电协读,原则上供电量不低於现有供 志水平， 供电便格由企业疝近商业原则商谈。 二、中央政府冯持回理港供应天然气。叉持中海油在现有 海上天然气供应基克上,续签 20 年长期供气协玉， 价格按市 场原则催定。 原则同意利用已规划的西气束输”线' 开展回香 港供气的可行性研究,在内地一侧共同建设 LNG 接收站回香 港供气 支持相关企业统入考外海上 `管通`LNG 天然损供应 ， 融供气量、氟价及供气方案俊快下成协议 。 名肯 国家能源局 香港特别行政区政府 2008 年8月28 日 2008 年8月28日
