Short title Section 3 of Decree No. 44 of 1~95 amended FISHERIES ACT (AMENDMENT) [NO ... 2] DECR.EE, 1.995 THE GAMBIA DECREE NO. 54 [15th Sep~ember, 1995] THE ARMED FORCES PROVISIONAL RULING COUNCIL hereby decrees as follows: 1. This Decree may be cited as the Fisheries Act (Amendment) [No.2] Decree; 1995 and shall be deemed to havec~meinto force on the 14th day of June, 1995. 2. The Fisheries Act (Amendment) Decree, 1995 is amended in section 3 by deleting the word "five"- and RUbstituting it with the word "fifteen". Made this 25th day of September, 1995 cpt; , YAHYA A. J.
