Inatsisartutlov nr. 22 af 28. november 2016 om ændring af Inatsisartutlov om bekæmpelse af zoonoser og zoonotiske agens (Regulering af import af dyrearter) § 1 I Inatsisartutlov nr. 12 af 6. juni 2016 om bekæmpelse af zoonoser og zoonotiske agens, foretages følgende ændringer: 1. § 1, stk. 1, nr. 2, affattes således: ”2) Regulering af import af dyrearter som kan medvirke til spredning af zoonoser og zoonotiske agens.” 2. § 2, stk. 1, nr. 4, ophæves. 3. Overskriften til kapitel 4 affattes således: ”Import af dyr” 4. § 4 affattes således: ” § 4. For at forhindre udbredelsen af zoonoser og zoonotiske agens, kan Naalakkersuisut udstede nærmere regler om, herunder forbud mod, import af dyr.” § 2 Inatsisartutloven træder i kraft d. 1. januar 2017.
