SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO THE GIBRALTAR GAZETTE No. 4475 of 14 June, 2018 LEGAL NOTICE NO.133 OF 2018. NATURE PROTECTION ACT 1991 TUNA PRESERVATION REGULATIONS 2014 TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH (TUNA) NOTICE 2018 Pursuant to regulation 9 of the Tuna Preservation Regulations 2014, and after having consulted the Nature Conservancy Council, the Authority has declared the Total Allowable Catch for Atlantic Bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) in the 2018 open season to be as follows TUNA SPECIES TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH (TONNE)(t) Atlantic Bluefin tuna Thunnus thynnus 15.5t Dated 14th June, 2018.
