LI. 1837 I.AND TITI.F. REGISTRATION (AMENDMEN1) REGULATIONS, 2007 IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Lands by sections l'l.9 and l J4 of the Land Title Registration Act, 1986 (P.N.D.C.L. 1.52), these Regulations are made this 18th day of October, 2007. Regulations 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 and 96 ofL.I.1341 amended 1, The Land Title Regulutions, 1986 (L.I. lJ/11) QS amendod are further amended by the substitution for regulation 90 to 96 of anew regulation 90 "90, There shall be paid on ruiapplication for first registration ofland the scale offees specified in the Second Schedule". Regulation 97 ofL.I, 1341 amended 2. Regulation 97 ofL.!. 1341 is amended by the deletion of"Part Vlll of' Regulation 98 ofL.1.1341 amended 3. Regulation 98 ofL.I. 1341 is amended by the deletion of"Part I ol". Regulations 99,100, IOI and 102 ofL.I.1341 amended 4. Regulations 99, 100,-101, and 102 are each amended by the deletion in each ofthem or'Pmt vm ur·. Regulation J 03 of L,I, 1341 substituted 5. L.1. 1341 is amended by the substitution for regulation 103 of "103, On il.pplication for th.c rcgi3trotion of land previoui;;ly registered under the Land Registry Act, 1962 (Act 122), the scale offees shall be as specified in the Second Schedule subject to any abatement that the Land Registrar maydetennine".
