For paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the Schedule to the Water Charges Ordinance 1991c, as amended, substitute the following paragraphs "1. The charge which may be made under section 4 or 6 for a supply of water for domestic purposes to a property otherwise than by measure is the quarterly charge in column 2 below and a quarterly charge of E0.54 multiplied by each assessable unit of the property as calculated for the purposes of property tax under the provisions of the Taxation of Real . d Property (Guernsey and Alderney) Ordinance, 2007 . 4 (a) E65.39 (where the Committee considers that the shutting-off or subsequent recomiection of the supply in question by the Committee's employee has caused that employee to undertake duties outside his normal working hours), (b) f,40.24 (in any other case). (2) Any reference in these Regulations to an enactment is a reference thereto as from time to time amended, re-enacted (with or without modification), extended or applied. Citation. 4. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Charges (Amendment) Regulations, 2016. Ordres ell Conseil Vol. XIII, p. 355. 3 Commencement. s.
