GUERNSEY STATUTORY INSTRUMENT 2001 No. 5 THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF GOODS (CONTROL) (GUERNSEY) JAMENDMENT) ORDER 2001 THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION, in pursuance of its powers under Article 1 of the Import and Export (Control)(Guernsey) Law 1946, hereby orders: 1. In Schedule 1 to The Import and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) Order 1990, (a), as amended (b) the following entry shall be inserted after entry 12: 13. Dairy Products 2. This Order may be cited as The Import and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 2001, and shall come into force immediately. Dated this Znd February 2001. (a) S.I. 1990 No.24 (b) S.I. 1999 No.19 S.I. 2000 No.12 S.I. 2000 N0.26 EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Amendment Order but is intended to indicate its general purport.) This effect of this Order is to prohibit, except under licence, the importation from the United Kingdom, the Island of Jersey and the other Islands of the Bailiwick ot Guernsey of Dairy Products.
