The Glasshouse Control (Prohibition and Prescribed Maximum Area) Ordinance, 1961 THE STATES, in pursuance of the powers con ferred upon them by subsection (2) and subsection (4) of section three of the Glasshouse Control Law, 1936, as amended, and in pursuance of their Resolution of the fifth day of July, nineteen hundred and sixty-one, hereby order: 1961 1. On and after the commencement of this Ordin- Prescribed h 'b d' 'f f h maximum ance t e prescn e maXImum area In orce or t e area for purposes of the Glasshouse Control Law, 1936, as States, amended, shall, in relation to the States, during each period of twelve consecutive months ending on the thirtieth day of April in each of the years set out in Prohibition of erection of glass houses. Repeal. the left hand column of the Schedule to this Ordin ance, be the area specified in the right hand column of that Schedule in relation to each of those periods respectively. 2. Subject to the provisions of the Glasshouse Con trol Law, 1936, as amended, the erection of glass houses in this Island by any person, other than the States, is hereby prohibited. 3. The Glasshouse Control (prohibition) Ordin ance, 1958, is hereby repealed.
