March, 2016 , 2016 THE STATES COMMERCE AND EMPLOYMENT DEPARTMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 1, 11 and 26 of the Fishing Ordinance, 1997a, hereby orders: Amendment of the Fishing (Minimum Size and Prescribed Species) (Amendment) Order, 2016. 1. In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Fishing (Minimum Size and Prescribed a b I! a Specxes) Order, 1997 , as amended, repeal the entry for Whelk (Buccmum undatum) ". Repeal of the Fishing (Minimum Size and Prescribed Species) (Amendment) Order, 2016. 2. The Fishing (Minimum Size and Prescribed Species) (Amendment) Order, 20l6c, is hereby repealed. Citation. 3. This Order may be cited as the Fishing (Minimum Size and Prescribed Species) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2016. a Recueil d'Ordonnances Tome XXVII, p. 334; as amended by Tome XXIX, g. 406. This Order comes into force on the 21a' March, 2016.
