Order, 2014. 1. In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Animal Welfare (Requirements for Slaughter, Killing, Euthanasia Etc.) Order, 20l4b (a) in paragraph 5(1), immediately after the words "French partridge", add the words ", Eurasian woodcock", and a Ordinance No. III of 2012; amended by Order in Council No. XVI of 2015; Ordinance No. IX of 2016; G.S.I. Nos. 32 of 2014 and 24 of 2017. b G.S.I. No. 31 of 2014; amended by Ordinance No. IX of 2016; G.S.I. No. 23 of 2017. 1 (b) in paragraph 5(2) (i) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit the word IIIII alla, (ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit the full stop and add ", and", and (iii) after sub-paragraph (c) add the following sub paragraph "(d) the maximum number of Eurasian woodcock that may be killed by any person in any period between la' October and 31' January inclusive in any year is 35.". Revocation. 2. Article 1(a) of the Animal Welfare (Amendment) Order, 20l7c is revoked. Interpretation. 3. (1) The Interpretation (Guemsey) Law, 1948d applies to the interpretation of this Order. (2) Any reference in this Order to an enactment is a reference thereto as from time to time amended, re-enacted (with or without modification), extended or c G.S.I. Order, 2014 is amended to * add a reference to Eurasian woodcock in paragraph 5(1) of Part II of Schedule 1 (requirements applying to game animals) as it has been added to the prescribed list of game animals to which the requirements for lawful killing apply; and * add a provision in paragraph 5(2) that the maximum number of Eurasian woodcock that may be killed by any person during any period when these birds can be taken as game (between 1?"
