The Animal Products I n p r t a t i o n Order, 1985 Laid k f o r e t h e S ta tes ................................................. Caning in to Operation 1ST JANUARY 1986 M E SPATES OMMITI'EE FOR AGRICVCITBE, in exercise of the p e r s conferred u p n it by section 10 of the Animals and Anirral Products ( Inport and Export) Ordinance, 1952, as amended (a) and of all other pwrs ernbling it i n that behalf, hereby orders 1. The irrqprtation of toneless be£ and veal, excluding o f fa l , i n t o the Is land from the undemntioned countries s h a l l be prmitted, provided that such mat s h a l l have f i r s t k e n landed i n the United Kingdom or t h e Republic of Ireland: Austria I t a l y Belgium Lux€l.nkourg Czechoslovakia Poland Denmark R m n i a France Switzerland Holland West Germany H w ~ ~ Y Yugoslavia 2. The impra t ion of boneless k f , excluding o f fa l , i n t o the Is land from Botswana, Swaziland, the Replblic of South Africa i ~ d Zimb3bwe shall be permitted, provided t h a t such meat s h a l l have f i r s t k e n landed in t h e United Kingdcm or the Repblic of Ireland. 3. The Interpretat ion (Guernsey) Law, 1948 (b ) , s h a l l apply to t h e interpretat ion of t h i s Order as it applies to the in te rpre ta t ion of an enactmat. 4. The &ind Products Inportation Order, 1984 (c), is hereby r e m l e d . i 5. This Order m y k c i t e d as t h e Animal Products I m p r t a t i o n Order, 1985. 6.
