ACTED by the Parliament of Grenada :-(1) This Act may be cited as the EHYfil~ PLANNING AND DE.Y.EJDPMENI £illiLROL (A/l@NDMENT) ACT, 2002. (2) In this Act, "the Principal Act" means the Physical ,)ng and Development Control Act, 2002. ;f. Short title. 586 Act 30 Physical Planning and Development Control Section 28 amended, (Amendment) 2. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended by repear subsections (9) and ( 10) and substituting the follow subsections "(9) The recommendations of the tribunal on an ap referred to it shall be conveyed to the Minister in writing,l the Minister shall determine the appeal in accordance wit recommendations of the tribunal and shall convey' decision to the applicant. ( 10) The Minister's decision on the appeal shall be fin, Passed by the House of Representatives the 6th day of Decem , 2002.
