2014 Fisheries (Amendment) Act 12 63 ARRANGEMENT OF CLAUSES Short title Amendment of section 8 of principal Act 2014 Fisheries (Amendment) Act 12 65 GRENADA ACT NO. 12 OF 2014 I assent, 4:11) CECILE E. F. LA GRENADE 28th April, 2014. Governor-General. AN ACT to amend the Fisheries Act Cap. 108. [16th May, 2014]. BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Representatives of Grenada and by the authority of the same as follows 1. This Act may be cited as the— Short title. FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Act Cap. 108 hereinafter referred to as the "principal Act". 66 Act 12 Fisheries (Amendment) 2014 Amendment of 2. Section 8 of the principal Act is amended in sub-section section 8 of principal Act. 6 by deleting the words "five thousand dollars" and substituting the words "five hundred thousand dollars".
