A7 2015 Environmental Levy Order SRO. 4 GRENADA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 4 OF 2015 THE MINISTER IN EXERCISE OF THE POWERS CONFERRED ON HIM BY SECTION 8 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY ACT CAP. 90B MAKES THE FOLLOWINGORDER (Gazetted 6th February, 2015). 1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY ORDER, 2015. 2. Definition. In this Order— "principal Act" means the Environmental Levy Act Cap. 90B. 3. Amendment to Third Schedule in principal Act. The Third Schedule of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the following column— "Haulage and disposal of I Agent of ship EC$185.00 I Grenada Ports ship generated waste I (US.69.00) per ton I Authority" the following— "Tyres: (a)New tyres Importer $5.00 Per tyre Comptroller of Customs (b) Used tyres Importer $25.00 Per tyre Comptroller of Customs" Dated this 28th day of January, 2015.
