(2) In regulation 3(1), for the definition of "cutting premises" there shall be substituted the following definition " "cutting premises" means premises used for the purpose of cutting up fresh meat intended for sale for human consumption;". (3) In regulation 9(2), the words "Subject to paragraph (3) below," are deleted. (4) In regulation 71(2), sub-paragraph (p) is revoked. (5) In regulation 99(3), for the words "referred to in paragraph (2) above" there shall be substituted the words "of these Regulations".
