Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2012 (W.S.I. 2319 (W. 253) of 2012)

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau 1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Town Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Digolledu) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) and Country Planning (Compensation) (Wales) (No. 2) 2012 a deuant i rym ar 5 Hydref 2012. Regulations 2012 and they come into force on 5 October 2012. (2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru. (2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales. 3. At ddibenion adran 108(3C)(b) o'r Ddeddf, y dull 3. For the purposes of section 108(3C)(b) of the Act, rhagnodedig ar gyfer tynnu caniatâd cynllunio yn ôl the prescribed manner for withdrawing planning yw drwy gyfarwyddyd yn unol ag erthyglau 4, 5 a (fel permission is by direction in accordance with articles y bo'n briodol) 6 o Orchymyn 1995. 4, 5 and (as appropriate) 6 of the 1995 Order. 6. Nid yw'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys mewn 6.
