S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2013 No. 3164 TERRITORIAL SEA The Territorial Sea (Limits) (Amendment) Order 2013 Made - - - - 11th December 2013 Coming into force - - 31st March 2014 At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 11th day of December 2013 Present, The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(2) of the Territorial Sea Act 1987(a), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Territorial Sea (Limits) (Amendment) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2014. 2.
