S T A T U T O R Y R U L E S O F N O R T H E R N I R E L A N D 2016 No. 27 PLANNING The Planning (Local Development Plan) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 Made - - - - 29th January 2016 Coming into operation - 29th February 2016 The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 247(6) of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(a). Title and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Local Development Plan) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 29th February 2016. Amendment of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 2. In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(b)— (a) for “the Planning (Northern Ireland) 1991 Order” substitute “the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(c) or the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”; and (b) for “that Order” substitute “the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”.
