S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2016 No. 1118 LANDLORD AND TENANT, ENGLAND The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2016 Made - - - - 17th November 2016 Coming into force - - 1st December 2016 The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(3), and 45(1) and (5) of the Housing Act 1988(a), makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 1st December 2016. Amendment of the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 2.—(1) The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015(b) are amended as follows. (2) For Form No. 3 in the Schedule to those Regulations substitute the Form No. 3 as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. Regulation 2 substitutes a new Form No. 3 for the equivalent form prescribed in the principal regulations.
