CBL 16-87 SIXTEENTH CONGRESS OF THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA THIRD REGULAR SESSION, 2010 CONGRESSIONAL BILL NO. 16-71, C.D.1 PC NO. 16-309 PUBLIC LAW NO. 16-50 AN ACT To amend section 205 of title 22 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia to afford flexibility to the Board of Coconut Development Authority in holding board meetings, and for other purposes. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA: Section 1. Section 205 of title 22 of the Code of the 1 Federated States of Micronesia is hereby amended to read as 2 follows: 3 “Section 205. Board of Directors – Meetings; Quorum. 4 The Board shall meet once a year. A quorum shall 5 consist of three members of the Board.” 6 Section 2.
