[LEGAL NOTICE No. 133) 385 WATER SUPPLY ACT (CHAPTER 89-1955 ED!TION) WATER (LIMITATION) (RAKIRAKI) ORDER, 1977 IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by by-law 15 of the Water Supply By-Laws, 1955, l hereby prorubit the use of water from the Rakiraki Water Supply System for (a) the washing of all vehicles, boats, ships, or vessels, buildings, structures, roads, streets and yards: Provided that this prohibition shall not apply to the use of water in the public interest, or for the maintenance of essential hygiene~ {b) the watering of crops, flowers, plants, trees, shrubs, rootcrops, lawns, fields, gardens, food gardens, orchards and plantations; and (c) the lllling of private swimming pools. PICKERING Commissioner, Water Supply (This notice is not part of the above Order, but is published for general information) The above Order makes it an offence to use water in certain ways punishable by a line not exceeding $20.
