EXTRAORDINARY 571 REPUBLIC OF FIJI ISLANDS GOVERNMENT GAZETTE PUBLISllED BY AUTHORITY OF THE FIJI GOVERNMENT [8 I 5] Vol. ll MONDAY, 10th MAY 2010 GOVERNMENT OF FIJI (DECREE NO. 26 OF 2010) SEA PORTS MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2010 No. 54 IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Republic of Fiji and the Commander in Chief of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces by virtue of the Executive Authority Decree 2009, I hereby make the following Decree TO AMEND THE SEA PORTS MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2005 Short Title and Commencement I .-(I) This Decree may be cited as the Sea Ports Management (Amendment) Decree 2010. (2) This Decree shall commence on the date it is published in the Gazette. Section 18 Amended 2. Section 18 subsection (I) (c} of the Sea Ports Management Act of 2005 is repealed.
