(a) the Native Land Trust Board under the Native Land Trust Act; or
(b) the Director of Lands under the State Lands Act; or
(c) the Housing Authority or held in the name of the Public Rental Board pursuant to Section 33 of the Housing (Amendment) Decree 1989, and ‘registered lessee’ means the lessee or licensee under any such lease or licence” Commencement 3.
