A PROCLAMATION TO TRANSFER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DISASTER PREVENTION AND PREPAREDNESS AGENCY TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer rights and obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Agency to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Article (1) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “Transfer of Rights and Obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Proclamation No. 593/2008”. 2. Transfer of Rights and Obligations The rights and obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission established under proclamation No.10/1995 (as amended) are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; አףםአـףኛ ዓُא qÜ R %1 አዲስ አበֹו ነּሴ 5 qN 2ְך ዓ.ו 14th Year No 51 ADDIS ABABA 11th August, 2008 gA 4¹þ1)*9 ØÁ‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ R %1 ነּሴ 5 qN 2ሺ ›.M Federal Negarit Gazeta No. 51 11th August, 2008 …. page 4189 3. የסָךـ ֱጎ٤ የአደጋ אከֶከָና ዝግጁነُ ኮֹּלגን גּהּהדያ አዋጅ ּׁשጥ0/09 ץ)W7 /እንደֳָךָךـ/ በዚֱ አዋጅ ָקֹּלـ፡፡ 4. አዋጁ የגፀናበُ ጊዜ ይይֱֱ አአዋዋጅጅ በበፌፌዴዴָָףף ነነጋጋُُעע ጋጋዜዜጣጣ ٍٍُُזז ከከወወጣጣበበُُ ׂשׂשንን ጀጀצצוו የየፀፀናና ይይֲֲናናָָ፡፡፡፡ አአዲዲስስ አአበበֹוֹו ነּሴ 5 ׂשׂשንን 22ְךְך ዓዓ..וו GR¥ wLdgþ×RgþS yxþT×eà ØÁ‰§êE ÄþäK‰sþÃêE ¶pBlþK PÊzþÄNT 3. Repeal Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission Establishment Proclamation No. 10/1995 (as amended) is hereby repealed. 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force up on the date of publication in the Federal Negarit Gazeta.
