የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ፌደራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ FEDERAL NEGARIT GAZETTE OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ጠባቂነት የወጣ ማውጫ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፷፫/፪ሺ፲ ዓ.ም የማሪታይም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽን ማጽደቂያ አዋጅ……………………………………………ገጽ ፲ሺ፵፰ CONTENT Proclamation No. 1063/2017 Maritime Labour by the International Labour Convention Ratification Proclamation.............................Page 10048 አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፷፫/፪ሺ፲ የማሪታም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽንን ለማጽደቅ የወጣ አዋጅ የማሪታም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽን የካቲት ፲፮ ቀን ፲፱፻፺፰ ዓ.ም በዓለም አቀፉ የሥራ ድርጅት ዓለም አቀፍ ሌበር ኮንፈረንስ በጄኔቫ ስዊዘርላንድ የፀደቀና ከነሐሴ ፲፬ ቀን ፪ሺ፭ ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ሥራ ላይ የዋለ በመሆኑ፣ ይህንኑ ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ህዳር ፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲ ዓ.ም ባደረገው ስብስባ ያፀደቀው በመሆኑ፣ በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ሕገ መንግሥት አንቀጽ ፶፭ (፩) እና (፲፪) መሠረት የሚከተለው ታውጇል፦ ፩. አጭር ርዕስ ይህ አዋጅ “የማሪታይም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽን ማጽደቂያ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፷፫/፪ሺ፲” ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡ PROCLAMATION NO.1063/2017 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION WHEREAS, the Maritime Labour Convention has been adopted by the International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization at Geneva; Switzerland on 23 rd February 2006 and came in to force as 20 August 2013; WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this Agreement at its session held on the 16 day of November 2017; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: 1. P.O.Box 80001 gA ፲ሺ፵፱ ØdE‰L ነ U¶T Uz¤È qÜ R ፲፮ ታህሣሥ ፪ሺ፲ ›.M Federal Negarit Gazette No. 16, 11th December 2017 …... ………./page 10049 ፪. ስምምነቱ ስለመጽደቁ በዓለም አቀፉ የሥራ ድርጅት ዓለም አቀፍ ሌበር ኮንፈረንስ የካቲት ፲፮ ቀን ፲፱፻፺፰ ዓ.ም በጄኔቫ ሲዊዘርላንድ የጸደቀው የማሪታይም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽን ፀድቋል። ፫. አስፈጻሚ አካል የሠራተኛ ማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ከትራንስፖርት ሚኒስቴር እና ከሚመለከታቸው ሌሎች የመንግሥት አካላት ጋር በመተባበር ኮንቬንሽኑ በሥራ ላይ እንዲውል ለማድረግ የሚያስፈልጉ እርምጃዎችን የመውሰድ ኃላፊነት ተሰጥቶታል። ፬. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ ይህ አዋጅ በፌደራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የፀና ይሆናል። [ አዲስ አበባ ታህሣሥ ፪ ቀን ፪ሺ፲ ዓ.ም ዶ/ር ሙላቱ ተሾመ የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ፕሬዚዳንት 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Maritime Labour Convention adopted by the International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization at Geneva; Switzerland On 23 rd February 2006 is hereby ratified. 3. Implementing organ The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and other relevant government organs, is hereby empowered to undertake the necessary measures for the implementation of the Convention. 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force on the date of publication in the Federal Negarit Gazette. Done at Addis Ababa, this 11th day of December, 2017. MULATU TESHOME (DR.)
