Tf'k.f t...e..".I\tf!Jt 'l"h".{1"Itf! ~Tl1l\.h T t.'l~1:" .f1~ "';J .ne 2'30 Unit Price PROCLAMATION NO. 167/1999 A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE INSTITUTE OF BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION AND RESEARCH ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation and Research Establishment Proclamation; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Institute of Bio diversity Conservation and Research Establishment (Amendment) Proclamation No. 167/1999." 2. Amendment 11 Article 15 of the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation and Research Etablishment Proclamation No. 120/1998 with respect to Wildlife Conservation and Develop ment Organization is hereby repealed. 2/ The wildlife Conservation and Development Authority shall continue to carry out its functions in accordance with the Wildlife Conservation and Development . Proclamation No. 192/1980 (as amended). 3. Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 22ndday of April, 1999. Pone at Addis Ababa, this 22ndday of April, 1999.
