2022 WATER AND SEWERAGE S.R.O. 3 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 3 2022. ORDER Made by the Minister under sections 5 and 43 of the Water and Sewerage Act, Chapter 43:40. (Gazetted 10th February, 2022). 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the WATER AND SEWERAGE (EXCLUSIVE LICENCE) ORDER 2022. (2) This Order is deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January 2022. 2. The Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Limited is hereby granted an exclusive licence – (a) to provide the inhabitants of Dominica with an adequate water service and any other service or facilities deemed incidental or appropriate thereto; (b) to provide the service of removal of sewage by means of the sewerage system or any part thereof, including services incidental thereto, and permitted under the Water and Sewerage Act. Short title and commencement. Licence. 2022 WATER AND SEWERAGE S.R.O. 3 Duration of licence. 3. This licence is for a period of ten years commencing on the 1st day of January 2022.
